If you are having problems with your epayslips login please follow these helpful hints and tips to get you back online.
Firstly, please double check that we are your epayslips provider as you could be trying to access an epayslip soultion that is not used by your employer, this is a really important first check.
Once you are 100% sure that www.epayslips.co.uk is your provider you can follow these steps
Click to recover your account. The account recovery process is explained below.
Step 1: Enter the email address that is linked to your account. If you no longer have access to this email address, don’t worry; you’ll have chance to update this later. If the system doesn’t recognize the email address you are entering, please check with your employer which address is linked to your ePayslips account.
Step 2: Answer the four questions. You will have set the first two questions when you activated your ePayslips account. If you have forgotten and of these answers, please contact your employer who will either advise on the answers, or reset them to ‘Temp’.
Account recovery email: Once you have completed the process you will be sent an email. Check for the account recovery email and click the link it contains. It is important you only click this link once. If you no longer have access to the email address you entered at Step 1 you can enter an alternate email address at this stage for the account recovery email to be sent to.
Changing your details: Once you click the link, you will be taken straight to the security section of your ePayslips account. From here you should view and make note of your username. You should also change your password. If your employer reset your security answers, you can change these back to the correct answers from this screen.
Should you still not be able to access the ePayslips system please contact your employer direct who can reset your account manually.
